Description:
The raffle & silent auction coordinator would work during the season to gather donations for our silent auction and raffle at the concert. They will put together the raffle prize baskets and organize non-choir members to help with the raffle during the concert. The Vice President or Treasurer can provide a letter with the Tax ID to serve as receipt of the donation.
- Solicit donations from local businesses – start at beginning of season.
- Store donated items until day of concert.
- Put together baskets of themed or like items for the raffle.
- Coordinate with Treasurer for collection of funds, or reimbursement for materials.
- Find volunteer(s) to help with selling raffle tickets and man table at Concert (may coordinate with Reception Coordinator or ushers)
TIME COMMITMENT - the more volunteers there are to solicit donations, the lighter the commitment. This role takes an hour or so per week to follow up with those soliciting donations and as much time as you want to solicit. You would also coordinate the dates to collect the donations others bring in, and to package and/or combine any donations. The day of the concert includes about 2 hours to set up the auction/raffle.

Description:
Members of the nominating committee will meet prior to the annual meeting in Spring Season and discuss candidates to recommend to the members for Board positions. At the annual meeting, the nominating committee will present the recommended list of candidates and call for nominations from the floor. The committee will then take the vote of the membership for all open Board positions and report the results to the membership directly. If a member of the nominating committee is nominated for a Board position, they cannot participate in the vote tally. Please refer to the Bylaws for which positions are up for election in a given year. A copy of the bylaws is available on the website.
TIME COMMITMENT - just a few minutes to check in with current board members up for reelection, to confirm whether they plan to run again, and to report any additional interested parties.

Description:
The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Secretary and Vice President to post to the chorus’ Facebook page, website, and possibly other social media accounts about events, updates, and other information regarding the chorus.
- Help with administration and content creation for Facebook page.
- Help create posts and content on website.
- Possibly create X (twitter), Instagram or TicTok accounts
- Monitor Facebook messages and other non-email communications.
TIME COMMITMENT - approx 1-3 hours per month, mostly in short periods as items arise throughout season. Peak times are beginning of season and closer to concert time.

Description:
The set up and clean up person (or people) would coordinate volunteers to set up chairs and organize the room reset at the end of rehearsal. They will also work with the Reception Coordinator to help organize volunteers to clean up after the concert.
- Gather volunteers for set up and clean-up of rehearsals and after concert.
- Coordinate set up of rehearsal space.
- Coordinate clean up efforts to reset room after rehearsal.
- Coordinate clean-up efforts after the concert.
- Stage – clean up items, put away risers, reset stage as needed.
- Reception – work with Reception coordinator to clean up after cookie reception.
TIME COMMITMENT - 10-15 minutes after rehearsals to ensure clean up is complete. 30 min to an hour after concert to ensure clean up.

The reception coordinator will organize the cookie reception and work with the clean-up coordinator to clean up after the concert.
- Gather volunteers to make or bring items for the post-concert reception.
- Gather non-choir volunteer to help with any additional needs.
- Work with the Board and Director to designate area for reception.
- Set up cookie reception on the night of the concert (can get additional volunteers to help)
- Coordinate with Clean Up Coordinator to clean up after reception.
TIME COMMITMENT - a few minutes at the last couple of rehearsals to announce cookie reception info. Approx. 1 hour to set up reception before concert and coordinate concert day volunteers.
T-Shirt Coordinator

Description:
The T–shirt coordinator will be responsible for organizing this season’s T–shirt orders.
- Collect T-Shirt orders and funds at the beginning of the season.
- Turn funds in to the Treasurer.
- Organize and place order with Ink, Inc. (if interested in other vendor, please discuss with Board)
- Pick up order and arrange payment with Treasurer (reimburse or direct pay).
- Organize order and distribute to choir members.
Note: all shirt orders must be prepaid.
TIME COMMITMENT - a few minutes each rehearsal to collect orders, approx 1-2 hours to combine and submit order, and 1-2 hours to organize and distribute orders. Pick up order in Fircrest (Tacoma).

The ushers will need to be non-choir members who can be available on the date of our concert to hand out programs, greet audience members, and potentially take or sell tickets. These wonderful volunteers could be family members or friends who would like to support our choir.
