It is wonderful to see many new faces as well as familiar faces in the choir for our Spring 2024 season. Welcome everyone!! I think we have a strong group and I have been pleased with what I have heard already.
As a reminder, our next rehearsal is the final night for any new singers to join for this concert season. We will not meet next week on Feb. 20th due to it being mid-winter break for the schools. Our next rehearsal is on Feb. 27th.
Our policy is that singers not miss more than 3 rehearsals (starting from Feb. 13th). While you may be a great singer, ensemble preparation comes from singing and rehearsing with the ensemble. Thank you for making every effort to attend rehearsals.
We are off to a great start! If you missed the last rehearsal, please talk with your section leader about specific markings in the music for your section. I give a lot of information at each rehearsal about specific things I want in the music so please take the time to mark them in your music.
Thank you to everyone for being a part of PCC. Singing is good for you and is a great stress reliever! I hope you are enjoying yourself as much as I am. See you on the 27th!
